About Dr. Vadasz-Chates
Dr. Nataly Vadasz-Chates is a distinguished, fellowship-trained sleep medicine physician based in the Phoenix metro. She completed her Sleep Medicine fellowship at Banner University Medical Center–University of Arizona College of Medicine, where she developed expertise in both adult and pediatric sleep care.
In 2026 she was recognized as a Phoenix Magazine Top Doctor. She focuses on managing complex sleep disorders — including insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy and parasomnias — recognizing the profound impact these conditions can have on well-being. She uses advanced diagnostic tools such as in-lab polysomnography and home sleep testing to build effective, individualized treatment plans, and is an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Vadasz-Chates enjoys time with her family, figure skating, outdoor activities, traveling, cooking and crafting — a well-rounded approach that carries into her patient-centered, whole-health philosophy of care.
