How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That's what your consultation and sleep study are for. Once we understand the type and severity of your apnea, your physician walks you through the options that fit — and helps you pick the one you're most likely to stick with.
Do I have to do a study in a lab?
Often, no. Many patients qualify for a home sleep test they wear in their own bed for one night. In-lab studies are reserved for more complex cases, in private suites built for comfort.
What if CPAP doesn't work for me?
You have real alternatives. Many patients who struggle with CPAP do well on a custom oral appliance or qualify for the Inspire implant. Part of our job is finding the option you'll actually use.
Can everything be done by telehealth?
Consults, results reviews and most follow-ups can happen by telehealth anywhere in Arizona. Some testing and device fittings are done in our Glendale office — we'll make the plan clear up front.
