Referring physician FAQs

How quickly will my patient be seen?

New patients are typically scheduled within the week. Urgent cases — for example, pre-operative OSA clearance or severe daytime sleepiness — can be prioritized; just note the urgency on the referral or call our coordinator.

Do you offer home sleep testing, or only in-lab studies?

Both. Many patients qualify for a convenient home sleep apnea test, and we reserve in-lab polysomnography in our accredited suites for more complex or inconclusive cases.

What information will I get back?

You'll receive an initial consult note, the interpreted study results, and the treatment plan, followed by periodic updates as the patient continues care with us.

Which insurances do you accept?

We accept most major Arizona plans and Medicare. Our team verifies each patient's benefits before their visit. If you have a question about a specific plan, call our referral coordinator.

Can you help patients who are struggling with CPAP?

Yes. CPAP intolerance is one of the most common reasons offices refer to us. We troubleshoot masks and settings, and when appropriate we evaluate patients for oral appliance therapy or Inspire therapy.

Sleep well. Be well.

Refer with confidence.

Submit a referral or call our coordinator — we'll take great care of your patient and keep you informed.
