About Dr. Patel
Sarah N. Patel, MD is an accomplished, fellowship-trained sleep medicine physician in the Phoenix metro. As founder and medical director of Sonoran Sleep Center, she is dedicated to building a center that provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for sleep disorders.
Her recognition as a Top Doctor by Phoenix Magazine for six consecutive years (2021–2026) reflects both her expertise and her dedication to patients. She has a particular focus on complex sleep disorders — including sleep apnea, insomnia and narcolepsy — and on CPAP therapy monitoring, data review and optimization so treatment actually works and lasts.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Patel serves as Chair of the Early Career Physicians' Assembly and as Early Career Director of the Arizona Medical Association, supporting early-career physicians through mentorship and policy advocacy.
