Sonoran Sleep · Patient app

Your sleep diary, in your pocket

A minute each morning is all it takes. You log the night; your care team reads it between visits and adjusts your plan from what's actually happening — not from what you can remember three weeks later.

Accounts are created by your care team — there's no public sign-up. Already a patient? Ask us at your next visit.

Inside the app

Built around one honest question: how did you actually sleep?

Everything in the diary exists because a clinician needs it to make your treatment better. Nothing else is in there.

The nightly log

When you went to bed, how long it took to fall asleep, when you woke, how many times you were up, and any naps. Depending on the program your provider set up, a few extra check-in questions — a sleep-quality rating, for instance.

Your prescribed plan

The sleep window and instructions your provider set for you, right on the screen — and when your provider changes it, the app tells you and shows you the new plan.

Your own trends

Your entries plotted over time, so you can see the pattern yourself instead of guessing. Most people spot their own bad habits before we point them out.

Tags and notes

If your program tracks them: simple tags for caffeine or alcohol late in the day, sleep medication, or exercise — plus a free-text note for anything the questions didn't cover.

A reminder, if you want one

Turn on a daily nudge at the time that fits your morning, in your own time zone. Turn it off any time — it's your call, not a default.

Your care team, reading along

Your clinicians see your entries between visits. That's the whole point: your plan gets adjusted on real nights, and your appointments start with the data already reviewed.

How it works

Privacy

What we do — and don't — do with it

Your sleep diary is part of your medical record, and we treat it that way. The short version:

  • No ads, no tracking, no selling. No advertising or analytics SDKs are in the app at all — nothing follows you to other apps or websites.
  • Only your care team sees it. The clinicians and authorized staff involved in your treatment, on a minimum-necessary basis. Nobody else.
  • HIPAA-covered infrastructure. Google Cloud and Google Workspace, both under Business Associate Agreements the practice has signed. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • No passwords, ever. We don't collect one, so we can't lose one.
  • Deletion is a request, not a button. A clinical record isn't something an app should let anyone quietly erase — so you ask us, and we handle it the way we'd handle any records request.

Common questions

Can anyone download it, or do I need an account?

You need an account, and your care team creates it for you when you start a sleep program with us. There's no public sign-up — if you're a patient here and want access, ask us at your next visit or call the office.

Is there a password?

No. When you sign in, we email you a one-time link that logs you in. We never collect or store a password — so if anything ever asks you for one, it isn't from us.

Do I have to install an app?

No. The diary runs in any web browser on any device, right now — phone, tablet or computer. The iPhone and Android apps are being prepared for the app stores; the browser version keeps working either way.

Does it cost anything?

No. It's part of your care with us, and the app never asks for payment information.

Who can see what I log?

Only your own care team at Sonoran Sleep — the clinicians and authorized staff involved in your treatment. Your entries are part of your medical record and are protected the same way the rest of it is. We don't sell your information or share it outside your care.

What if I miss a night?

Fill in what you remember and keep going. Your provider is looking for the pattern across weeks, not a perfect streak — and a gap is worth mentioning at your next visit.

Does the app diagnose me or score my sleep?

No. It's a record of what you log and the plan your provider set, not a diagnostic device. Interpretation is your clinician's job — that's what the review between visits is for.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Contact your care team or email us, and we'll handle it as a request about your medical record. Because your diary is part of that record, there's no self-service delete button in the app — the full explanation is in the app privacy policy under "Account deletion."
